Shipping Options:
MontyToystore.com is pleased to offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Customers can choose from UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Next Day Air at checkout. Shipping costs for each option are automatically calculated based on your delivery location and the specifics of your order.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from the time of order. Orders must be placed by 5 PM to ensure next-day shipping. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Only:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Packaging:
Each product is carefully packaged in a custom box with foam specifically designed to protect the toy during shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Please contact support@montytoystore.com to initiate a return.
Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. Please report any issues with your order to support@montytoystore.com immediately.
